This house is a perfect example of the balance between modernism and stylishness. Original solutions arrive through the combination of neutral colours, fine surfaces and eye-catching textiles such as the madder rug. Integrating the modern fireplace into the television unit makes the interior even more attractive. Once the second phase was complete, we were left with an exclusive design created with luxury materials such as the Italian marble Macchia Vecchia and oak wood.
Contemporary glamour and minimal touches can be noticed in every single room, which makes the whole apartment a coherent whole. The project matches a stylish look with full functionality. A guiding principle of the design was to promote the wellbeing of all members of the family, creating an ambience that is modern and tasteful.
The flat includes public space for the family — kitchen, living room and dining area — as well as private areas holding the bedrooms and workroom. There are also two balconies; the principal one is dedicated to enlarging the living space and the range of activities possible in the sunshine.
